Yes it is extremely hard to get a good picture. I don't see a worm sticking out of the top and I don't see any movement at all when pumps are off. I tried to get a short video but it keeps saying that the video is too big even when I drop quality down.

I have these white long spaghetti things growing on my rocks. They don't seem to be hurting any of my corals. I think it could be a sponge but I am not sure. They don't move on their own. When I turn my pumps off they are still.

I bought this yesterday at my local store and the employee didn't know what kind of coral this is. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I put this in the wrong place I am new to Forums.
