    I have anecdotal evidence that this is most likely what occurs. At least fom observing my pyramid butterflys. They don't seem to pay attention to anything until it is ailing. Perhaps this is the same with the centropyge angels? Centropyge have always been labled as hit or miss with coral nipping...

    This is probably your best bet for good base water, although it must be expensive. I would imagine you can find a good barely used RO/DI system on many of these sites for cheap. I got mine for $75, and swapped out media for another $40. In the long run, and for convienence RO/DI is the only way...

    Actually in the third picture, I can seed the things you are talking about. Those have legs and are not nudis. So they are probably arthropodal of some sort, and there are several that can harass zoa.

    I agree with howze on the first pic. If you do happen to have the nudis, the flat worm exit method really does seem to work. I had an infection in a tank sepoerate from my main happen, and it got pretty bad in there. I dipped the zoas at intervals of every 2 days, etc. Eventually I just moved...

    THat stone fish is awesome! I'd have to say the 4 favorite I have in my tank are: Bianca Romaine Stamos-my coral beauty. she has non stop energy, and loves cruising the rock endlessly. Ramirez-my leopard wrasse. He acts like a tweaker, and is a very curious fish. and my Black ocellaris...
