:D I agree with Hillbilly, in the corners with the powerheads would work! I had a similar setup before and it worked out great! as far as turbulance you will have this problem anyway due to the size of your tank but as long as you are not directly in the path of soft coals you should be fine...

I would start it with the RO filter. If you have any question concerning your water quality from tap then you should start it with RO now! ALL at once it wouldnt make sence to introduce it a little at a time .. think of it as if your survival depended on it.
