what types of inverts would you use as a clean up crew in a 180 reef

I heard some where that Blue legged Hermits are bad. Becayse they eat coraline algae. Is this true I would really like some clarification on this thanx.

Im trying to find some good info on seting up a refugium. I hear that Dr. Ron has some good articles. Im thinking about a 40g. deep sand, live rock and calerpa. my question is how do you go about taking the water from the main system into the refugium with out it overflowing when the power goes...

Most puffers eat inverts and it would not supprise me if the sharp nose puffer ate them to. He or she might even eat corals.Depending on what you have in your reef.
