Some people tend to either have a vendetta against EcoSystem or against the suppliers in the aquarium industry. The bottom line is that practically ALL companies in this industry charge exorbitant prices for products that can be purchased elseswhere for 100's percent less.

I bet the Acro that is purple has more intense lighting than the one that is brown.
I have purchased numerous brown Acro's that colored up under my 400 watt MH's.
