Back to the hair algae problam, can anyone help me to find a way to get rid if it ?

I do have a 130 gal i will be setting up in a few months, but i would rather get rid of the angle than put it in there. It seems no one really wants a french angle because ive tride to get rid of it before with no offers.

I noticed that one of my tanks is starting to get some hair algae and brown algae growing on my live rock. Can anyone tell me a good and effective way to get rid of it. Also i leave my lights on for about 12 to 15 hr a day is that to much and could that be causing the problem? any help of this...

Does anyone know where i can find a tank setup that has seperations built into, and the tanks gradually get smaller as you go up. I'm not sure if there is a name for these. Im looking for something in the range of 2 to 300g. Any response is appreciated.
