It had two seals. I had one inside the tank and one inside the overflow. I took it apart, cleaned up everything and reassembled with one seal inside the tank and one between the tank and overflow. This has stopped the leak completely. Thank you

There is a center bulkhead. It is attached with a 2" bulkhead.

I dont think its the overflow box that leaking, but it could be possible. I think I am going to take it apart and see whats going on.

Its not sealed to the tank. Just attached with the bulkead. Is it supposed to get silicone caulk to the tank?
