They are reefsafe, but how much you see of it will depend on its roommates and where it chooses to make it's burrow. And be aware that they are the very definition of a jumper! Be SURE your tank is sealed off.

Probably too late now, but if you can contact Jalli (sorry I don't have # anymore) they will send you a replacement for free (at least they used to about a year ago). If you haven't replaced yet, get the number from your LFS or whoever sold it to you, or have them get it in for you.
