Hi, my name is Kevin John and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My experience in Claims Management has helped me develop a strong understanding of contractual entitlements, project documentation, and the evaluation of commercial issues throughout complex construction projects. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and delivering practical solutions that support informed decision making and successful project outcomes. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
