mine are the same way.. as well as all my friends in his discus tanks.. he has around 12 tanks and heaters. everyone of those ebo's does this. dont know why

i had to drain the tank 3/4 of the way. i was being an idiot and pushing a heater against the back while holding the front and DOH, the brittle middle brace broke and the tank flexed out about 1/2 inch at the middle. new rim was 10$. i set a 29 on the floor and drained some water into it then...

i bought a canary porites from them that looked nothing like the picture. its definetly not wysiwyg ehehe

well to anyone wondering it was a huge PITA to get the old rim off. the new one went on easily enough though.

i recently had the center barce snap on a 55 and ordered an entire rim from glasscages. i was just wondering about a temporary bracing. any good ideas? maybe some tips on installing the new rim too :)

hmm i cant seem to find anything on sacro corals, did you mean sarcoph? it was sold as just leather... nice and vague :D my friend is bringing over a better camera today ill get a better picture
