Thank you for the replies. Both of them are hard. The one on the first pic is not attached to any of the LR. It was given to me by itself. Should I take it out of the tank or just leave it?

I got some LR and corals from a fellow reefer but either, I forgot what he told me they were, or he never told me. I was hoping someone here can help me identify these. What is the name of this coral? And what are those white dots on it? Those dots have appeared throughout most of my live...
