I was also thinking that at least it would be a good moonlight or pre and post daylight period light to simulate the sun rising. Plus, I found it interesting that they have some blue spectrum lights. A few of these spotted over a clam or stony might help supplement an existing lighting setup...
They are pretty expensive, but incredibly efficient. Much more light output per watt that PC's. Also, the lights last for a really long time (100,000 hours). One website I found, www.theledlight.com, says that their white LED's have a kelvin rating of 8000k. Any knowledge or opinions?
