I always use Prazi-Pro in my QT for the first two weeks. Then I observe for another two weeks. If after the four weeks the fish are eating and don't show signs of disease, they go in my DT. If they do show signs of disease, I treat with either cupramine or melafix, depending on what the problem...

I always QT fish, but not coral. I do dip coral, though. I've used my QT tank as a treatment tank in the past and have used copper in it, so I'm afraid of putting coral in there. I keep it to just fish.

Mine came with LED lights: http://www.jbjlighting.com/prod-28g-nano-led.html You can probably find a used LED hood on ebay or something and swap it out for the one you have. I think the hoods are all the same size.
