I bought some LR that was full of coraline algae. It has been slowly turning to white from a bright pink and purple. :( What should I check for to see why this happening? Thank you in advance. Prime

Well... I lost the battle to keep the Naso alive. I lost him this morning. I guess placing him in a QT and garlic was not done fast enough. He did not have ICH but I did notice a white "hole" once I could really look at him. I gave the 2 foxfaces back to the LFS but I guess it was too late for...

I am finding this out to be true in the worst way. My Naso is under stress. I am contemplating just selling him to the LFS, or I may sell the 2 foxfaces to the LFS. Its rather disheartening to se him hiding and not swimming about like he used to.

I am in the same delima. I too want to buy some lights/canopy. I am thinking of finding a retrofit kit in the 46" version. This way they should fit. Let me know if you get any info. Prime

Even though the Yellow and especially the Purple are relatively small, 3", I suspected that the tank was not large enough for the 3 of them to coexist peacefully. The Naso now hides behind the rock continuosly and does not eat as well anymore. His face is now starting to change with nice bright...

I have had a Naso for almost 3 weeks. He eats very very well. The other day, Iwoke up to find that one side of his face and half of a side were dark grey to black. I attributed it to maybe hitting a rock or something. Today the other side is discolored. He is still eating like a monster and...
