I was looking at my three day old setup and noticed that their are little white bugs all over the live rock. The temp is 78 and every thing is in check for reef tank. The little buggers are about the size of a pin head, so I cant really get a good look at them. So does any one have any ideas...

I am a college student, and as being such money is tight. So my new project is setting up a 15gal reef wall tank. I want to include a sump for added water stability and to hide all the equipment. So how can I build a sump with over flow, bio balls, and return pump for as cheap as possible.
