I have had three six line wrasses, two of which died from being picked upon and constantly being stressed out. :( The other one did perfectly fine in my 75 gallon aquarium a few years back. I will stray away from getting both of them, but is it okay for me to get one of them at least?

What are some good examples of some Metal Halide 250 watt or 175 watt fixtures that would work in my new tank? If i were to have Metal Halides should i also purchase smaller coral frags in hope of them growing or choose larger ones?
