I'll second that james, Moe's book is a great reference. I have a pair of Steene's Dottybacks (Pseudochromis steenei) that I purchased from ORA. They were both juvenile males when I got them and in 8 weeks one had changed to female and they spawned. They've been spawning about every 12-14 days...
