Need some help with my refugium lighting: 24"Lx12"Wx20"D. I'm looking at either the 24" Aqualight with 1-36W 50/50 lamp or the Finnex 24" 1-36W PC fixture-Jalli White PC bulb. Has anybody used either and will they provide sufficient lighting? Any additional suggestions are always appreciated...

What is the best option gravity return back to the sump or tank? From what I have read its best to go direct to the tank, but I'm worried about introducing a lot of air bubbles into the display tank. Will this be a problem? Any tips you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just received my canopy for my 120 gal. (24"x24"x48") AG tank. The canopy is 15" deep and I plan on setting it up with 2-MH and 4-VHO. I want to set the tank up as a mixed reef, will 250W MH be OK or do I need to upgrade to 400W MH? Thanks for your input.
