Yep. :) I think if most of us had the financial means to do something so outrageous, we would probably do something similar. I think the house thing is incidential (he was building a new house anyway). He just decided to build the tank into this one.

I was going to say... That 22,000 gallon build (17,000 display I believe) on RC is just unreal. I can't wait to see that thing finished and running.

In sump is what I'm looking for. The (limited) literature specifies a rang of level in the sump (7.8-10.6"). I'm not too worried about that as my sump will be on the large side and will have auto top-off anyway. :)
