I have some lace rock left from my cichlid tank which I had once treated with Clout. It has been out of the tank for a few months but I noticed that parts of it is blue due to the meds. Is this rock safe to put in my reef tank?

I have acquired a PC system (ballast is white box with switch) which runs 2 65w bulbs. My tank is a bit narrow so am only using one socket with 65w 10K bulb. Can I run it with one 96w instead? Will this cause any problems? Currently, I'm running a separate 96w Act with the system mentioned...
