what lighting requirements would I need for growing caulerpa in a mud base refugium

I am setting up a new tank I have 250g of new RO water - heated to 24c and added 2 buckets of D-D ocean pro salt , It has had 30x/hr turnover for 3 days but is still cloudy any ideas
