Hey guys,
I am trying to find out how to create that cool water ripple effect for my webpage. you know the one when you scroll over a picture. Does anyone know where I could find info on creating this effect? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the tips guys. I removed the java buttons so that everyone will be able to navigate the site. I will look into using another program to develop pages. I have been learning dreamweaver and fireworks and I am liking them so far. Have a great night.
