What are they? They are all over the place. They are about the size of the tip of an ink pen. Doues anything eat them? Will they harm my corals?

I just received a new jbj formosa 48" fixture. Although I like the fixture I have a bad problem with interferance on my tv. I am talking to jbj about it, but I did not know if anyone knew of a filter that I coukd use. :(

I just got a new jbj fixture. The electronic ballast are really messing with my t.v.Anyboby know of a high quality filter that might work on the interferance? :?
