Hi all, I'm not a troll just new to the site :D paulcito, IMO, on a 45 tall unless your just going to keep softies I would go with halides, at least 250w, more if you want sps or clams. you could probably get away with vho's or pc but on a tall tank halides reach the depth better greetings...
