something I seen at Lowes,I'm sure they have them at HD as well,is called an indexing valve.It is a valve with one inlet and 6 outlets.you use a solenoid to shut off the suppl water and it automatically changes outlets.it seems to be all plastic,may be intersting to check out,they are 35 bucks...
reef central has several threads concerning this.you can use an electronic ballast from home depot and wire them to overdive you bulbs.I use an icecap but will add two more bulbs using this method.check reefcentral and you find plenty of info on this
I think ther really isn't a certain setup that is good for Xenia.My freind can't get rid of them fast enough.He has a 30 inch deep tank and grows them on the bottom with VHO lighting,uses tap water for top off and water changes so who knows
Just curious if anyone has used one of those sump pumps from Home Depot.They pump about 1200 gph at a 5' head.they are all plastic and thermally
protected,seems like something to try.they are only around 60 bucks also
