I second the barbless hook option. I got a little bit of 2 lb mono, and I want to say a size 24 hook (might have been even smaller than that). I pinched the barb on the hook to make it barbless, and fished out my Pajama Cardinals. They were in my 180 Gallon which had around 450Lbs of Live...
