When I tried two pumps with 1000 GPH ( after head Loss Calculation ) returns from the sump on my 125 AGA tank the tank would overflow after a couple of minutes. A safe bet would less than 1000 GPH per overflow.
One Mangrove seedling dropped my Nitrates from 50 ppm to 5-10 ppm within two days in my 90 gallon tank. I understand they need magnesium for the desalinazation that the root system does.

I am trying one seedling 6-8 leaves in my sump / refugium with N.O. grow lights. I watched my Nitrates drop 50 ppm to 5 ppm in a couple of days. I was reading somewhere that they require traces of magnesium to survive.
If this continues I my have to get a wet/dry filter Just kidding
