I need a custom acrylic sump for my 225g in-wall. Any recommendations on sump builders?
I live in central Virginia. Someone within a day's drive would be best but i guess that they can be shipped from anywhere.
Thanks
Thanks for the replies. I'm making water now. Will do a 25% water change tomorrow.
I've never seen this before. I have had the BTA for over 4 years. It has split a number of times...once into 3 equal parts.
I have had at least one BTA continuously for about 4 years and have never seent his before. I have not fed the BTAs for sevceral days. I normally feed tham about once a week (homemade frozen blender mush).
I have two other smaller BTAs in the tank. Both are clones of the larger one. They...
I have had the BTA for several years and it has seemed very healthy (and had split numerous times over the years). Got home tonight and saw a milky substance in the water. It was coming from the BTA's mouth.
The BTA was greatly expanded this morning with the "colume between the foot and...
I bought one and have never used it. Still in the box. Want me to get the details for you for a possible discounted sale? Mine is a ...can't remember much...but it's a multi day feeder.

I am planning a 240g in-wall to replace my 90g glass tank. I need some help in considering the merits of glass v. acrylic. This includes appearance, durability, cleaning, cost.
I know that an acrylic tank is easy to drill for closed loop systems. In fact, I could drill it myself as part of...
A friend of mine recently ordered some. As I recall it was "decorator" rock. I was amazed at the life on it. I have LR that is nearly covered in corraline and his looks better with a wider array of color and "stuff" in general. If I needed any more rock in the future, I would definitely...
My Yellow Tang is about 5" long and is in a 90gal reef tank. I have had it for about a year. It appears quite healthy-good color, fins are normally extended, and quite plump. A couple of days ago it started acting a bit unusual. It is fanning the sandbed in a corner of the tank close to some LR...
If the sand is already in the tank, BE SURE NOT TO ADD FRESH WATER THEN MIX THE SALT. If you do this you will have problems with proper salinity deep in the sandbed since there will not be any circulation. If you add water to fresh southdown you will have a very cloudy tank for longer than you...
I alternate (and mix) frozen brine with my blender mush. I have found that about 4 shrimp, a serving spoon of scallops, and a similar size piece of white fish filet make enough to last a couple of months. I have to add water to the mush in the blender to get the right consistency. I usually...
I have had a Longnose Butterfly for about 9 months. It eats my homemade frozen blender mush, live and frozen brine shrimp, nori, and flake food (everything I have offered it).
The ONLY thing in my reef that it has bothered is one small featherduster worm. It pulled the fans off as soon as I...
