  1. a shrivelled bubbletip anenome...

:( This is likely a dumb question but...we transported our red bubble tip anenome from the lfs on saturday. All has been fine till this 'aft when he/she developed shrivelled tentacles...and slowly curled up...slid into a hole in the rock...hasn't been seen since. The anenome crab is peering down...

  3. Is this a chiton or ?

We're really quite interested in knowing what this guy is - friend or foe-wise (the one at the end of the skewer). He arrived with a load of 'gift live sand' from our tank supplier after our new 45G split down the back. But that's a story for another day. What do we know? He color matches to...

Common sense suggest...

As for pics, well its a close race to see where I am spending more time - watching the aquarium or trying to figure out the dig cam...
  7. heavens to betsy what is this white thing?

Dear patient ones with great marine knowledge, I have these white bottle brush-like items growing on the surfaces of my rock - and multiplyin' at a fair speed. They are 2-3mm in diameter at base, have a central hole(mouth?) and possibly 6-8 mm high (so far). Any and all guesses greatly...
