My husband and I are moving from PA to SC. I have 3 tanks total, 2 fresh water (10 gallon community and 35 gallon with a 6" oscar and a 4 " pleco) and 55 gallon reef tank with a carpet anemone, tube anemone, toadstool and mushroom corals, 2 clowns, 1 tang, 1 gramma, 1 cardnal, various snails...

does it look like this? is it harmful? I've got many of them, but I can only see them when i stir up the substrate.

I have crusty cones jutting out all over my live rock. Does anyone know what this is? Is is coraline?

Does anyone know if these white thread-like "things" are harmful? I think they are called Sessile Ctenophore but I can't find much info on them?

These white threads appear when my substrate gets stirred up. Are they coming out of the strange tubes coming off my live rock in the second pic? What are the threads? What are the crusty tubes?
