I have a FOWLR that has recently become inundated with copepods ... my purple tang picks at them now and then ('cause he's a hog), but he barely makes a dent in their population ... Any recommendations on a small fish that will help take care of these things? Just wondering. Thanks in advance!

I'm working on design/setup of a Red Sea tank myself ... I notice you have a purple tang, too ... aren't they the best?? I love mine :) Do you have any other angels in your tank? I'd love to have a regal, but I like Emporers, too :lol:

I'm considering a 180 bowfront w/live rock & live sand ... I have a purple tang in my current tank, and I'm thinking of putting together a Red Sea tank ... my tang, plus a couple of Heniochus intermedius ... any other recommendations of Red Sea fish? I'm definitely going to do my homework...

Great! I'll give it a try ... but I have 2 snails and 2 hermit crabs ... will it hurt my inverts? I don't have a Quarantine Tank yet, but I should probably invest in one ... and since this is the only fish that seems to be having trouble, I think (hope!) I've caught it in time to keep it under...

It's fish-only for the moment ... I wanted to see if I could actually keep fish alive before I moved onto something more challenging ... although I'm thinking of adding anemones, if I get a clown or two ...

I have a "newbie" question, I suppose ... I've got a 4-stripe damsel that I've had for over 2 months now. Lately I've noticed that he looks kinda haggered ... very tiny white spots have recently appeared, and now he has loose scales in some places ... I haven't added anything new to this tank...
