hmm, that's a good question. At least a year, if not longer... it depends on what opportunities come up for me. I'm open to working in other places, so I suppose it partially depends on: a) when I finish my dissertation; and b) whether I find gainful employment upon finishing (and with who).

I'm bumping this thread because I found about an entire folder of photos from the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage that I took when I was there in July that I totally forgot about.

I have been fortunate to have been in Africa four times in the last three years. Sadly, I'm not sure when I'm going back next.
