Is "shoe throwing" a civil act or a criminal act in US that involved a foreigner politician/dipolmat?

Can we define shoe throwing as a "fighting word" or assult act?

Is there anyone in the international law here can shed some light?

That would just be assault in this Country no matter who it is.

Why even bother?

Because I used to be in the United Nations Badminton Team and may decide to throw my sneakers at the childrens of the dipolmats(or diplomats themselves) when I loose the game or to retaliate them for throwing racist wordings at me. LOL

Oh, BTW at least one of them had thrown a recket at us when they lost the game.

You are right. I tried the game dom put up in the other thread "http://www.aksalser.com/game.htm"and in 10 minutes the highest score i got is only 11 so may be forget about the idea of throwing shoes at someone-he is damn fast or I damn slow.
