Small Claims Lawyer

Does anybody know a small claims lawyer for auto accidents? Not personal injury, but for damages.

Need one badly.

That's why they refer to it as 'small' claims court. They try to make the process less expensive and easier for the plaintiff.

Then a lawyer would not be of any use in small claims anyway. You'd have to go through a typical lawsuit with a jury trial. Depending upon the amount over the small claims limit, it could be wise to reduce your claim from $5,200 to $5,000 (just guessing with the numbers) to keep it in small claims.

if you was in a wreck contact your insurance company, if you know who did it as well, if you do not have full coverage and dont know who did it then your out of luck, even if you do know who did it and didnt file a police report you still might be out of luck, explain situation a little more and might be able to help you a little more, i am pretty familiar with auto accident claims and how to handle them

:shhh: you know in my line of work there is always 3 sides and usually a fourth, { i got hit in the rear, and it made a little scratch in my bumper, but every since then, my radio and headlights dont work }lol
