Dubai Mall Aquarium

I moved to Dubai 3 months ago and unfortunately won't be setting up a tank anytime soon. It's been an unexpected nice break from the hobby but really look forward to having a reef again.

I wanted to share some photos of the aquarium in the Dubai Mall for those that haven't had a chance to see it. All fake corals as I'd expect for a tank that size but the fish and other livestock all seemed very healthy. I haven't tried out the 'Diving Experience' yet, but hope to sometime in the future.

I visited Dubai last year, and went to visit the mall. I usually visit all aquariums in places I visit. It was definitely a nice experience.

FYI, if you have time you should try sand duning with Arabian Adventure.

I couldn't get a look at the lights but I'm assuming Halides considering how deep the tank is.

I miss my reef more, for sure, lol. I'm curious to see what new corals are available whenever I return to the hobby. I'm sure bounce mushrooms will be available for $10 by then
