we really need an OT pix forum. this is outta control. there's no point in thinking i'll get to see reef pix if i click this forum. pix of peoples kids, pets, boats, flowers and other still life. but not reefy stuff.

ps cute ferret. they are a very fun pet. i made mine a hammock to sleep in, she loved it.

The admins don't mind the occasional non-reef-related post. One or two every 25 is fine IMO. We aren't willing or able, however, to start a picture hosting services ;)

If you want a nice non-reef specific photo forum, check out www.thephotoforum.com . It's a php site, so looks very similar to RDO, and is dedicated to photography of all sorts.

I'll second what Len says, btw. We welcome all types of photography here, but it really should stay heavily weighted towards reef / aquarium / underwater photography. :D

And not to belabour the point, but just to reassure myself, I looked through the first many posts. Of all the posts on the first page of the photo forum, this is the only non-reef one at the moment. :| :)

supaboy1981, is that your first ferret?

Yeah I have had a few other animals before him. He was given to me by a friend that went to Korea for the Air force. His Name Is Jugo. Why??

Cool I dig the sable colors. I had to get used to the albino I have but he is really fun. I wish I had more time to play with him and more space for him to run around in. I can take him outside and he follows me like a little puppy.

My ferret used to love to go to my parents' farm with me and run around in the barns. He'd pop out an hour later, exhausted and filthy. hehe
