Hey guys, was just at a RFC this past week on the Atlantic City boardwalk. Surprisingly, I was really impressed with their tanks. Many tangs as well as some angels and clowns. All the fish looked fat and healthy. HOWEVER, it only opened up April 27, 2004, so they're basically brand new systems.

They had one HUGE tank that you walk under to enter the dining area, then about 2-3 other curved acrylic tanks in the dining area. Hard to say the gallonage of the first one, but the inside ones were probably in the order of 200gal. I'd guess.

Enjoy

That looks exactly like the one we have here in Seattle. The place has been open for 5-10 years I'd say and the fish are always cool. They never fight or anything. All the corals and decorations are fake though :(

Same observations noted for AC. The price to fill those tanks with that much base live rock alone would've been insanely expensive. Much cheaper to go with fake is their thinking I guess :?

haha, some dude asked the hostess if they were fresh or saltwater

I have heard those fish are recycled regularly and never live long. I believe if you search here you will find that topic.
