Picts not posting right?

Ok all you computer/photography geeky types.

How come my pictures aren't apearing correctly. I get the top part of them to show up how they're supposed to, but the bottom of the picts get jumbled up. I assume that it's some sort of line failure (I occasionally get that message from the computer) but I have no idea as to how to correct it. Or if that's even whats really wrong. Any suggestions or must I resort to "Geek Squad" for help?

Hmm...are your photos resized to a size manageable for the web? (like 640x480 or similar)

How big are the actual files?

Are you on dialup?

When I was on dialup, I didn't have this problem. It's not just the pictures I post but all pictures or at least most of them on the web. I figure it's something with my computer as I get this line error message on occassion.
