quietone pump help

anybody here uses quietone pumps?? I cant seem to open their blasted cover!!! theres no grip to hold and the cover is like receded into the pump....anyone got a trick or tips?

try taking a pair of clamp or pliers with rubber handles. then use the handle part to grip on to the cover and turn.

yeah they make those things super tight, same thing happened to me when i got my pumps
