Red Coriss Wrasse

My wrasse is looking kinda thin, i've been feeding mysis shrimp, bloodworms, what's a good diet for a Red coris.

mysis is excellent. I have also seen my wrasses eat frozen formula 2, every kind of flake I feed, cyclopeeze. Would you consider adding an additional feeding per day of just a flake food(assuming it eats it)? Salt water fish have extremely short digestive systems and are constantly looking for food. If your system can handle it, additional feedings per day will help.

i find soaking food in selcon & feeding 2x/day, after a few weeks, it should get chubby unless its caught by poison.
