3 of my Hermits Mysteriously died and a fourth one seems to be on the way, is there any hermit sickness. Has this happened to anybody else?

check your nitrate level see if its high

my hermits f**K each other ups they grab them out of other shells and robb the shell ad leave the other one shelless to die and somtimes u see like dead bodys but they aren't dead i think they molt or somthing -=T stupid hermits lol

How long have you had them in there? Have you ever used copper in your system? If you've had them for awhile, they might have outgrown their shells and are searching for new "homes".

One Orange legged, One Blue legged, One Burgandy, and One Scarlet isn't active, never use carbon, nitrates r stable, had them for 6 months, I got 2 of them pretty big already,

I put lots of extra shells in the tank, all various sizes. The very largest one was a little bigger than a golf ball. Someone finally inhabited it! He's huge.

BLUE LEGS ARE THE WORST FREAKIN HERMITS~! lols they devistate my coRAls they attack each other for the biggest shell holder!~ then they kill the owner recieve the shell and they are to weak and small to flip the shell back over then they fall~! and then they just died if i dont flip them back overRR~! cause they crawl out and look for death BLUE LEGS ARE RETARDED AS* HErMITS~! LOLz and mines are pretty huge so when they clip at the kenya and stuff it looks like it hurts~! roflz

Have you ever tried to remove a hermit? Those suckers are fast, they get behind the rock and you have to tear down the whole tank. Wait... that's fish...hermits are the slow moving dumb things right?

Happens all the time, don't take it personally. Hermits in general have a limited lifespan and are very agressive on each other.
