what salt mix you use?

ok guys well i am using instant ocean, i use reef crystals and i think im gonna switch back to that because i like how it dissolved. and my corals really flourished, just wanna know what everybody uses?

i use IO but was wondering about reef crystals i read about certain levels of calcium and stuff like that which i think would be cool as far as automatic levels after a water change.any thoughts? oh and even though there the same brand would there/could there be any negative effects from making the switch?

well i switched one point to reef crystals and noticed a big change my zoos opened nicely and had great color and my anemone liked it. noticed my corals getting bigger and the salt was very easily dissolved. what i did was gradually added the new salt mix with a 10 percent water change every week. but when i went back to the store they only had instant ocean and to be quite honest after i made the switch again things went downhill. i think im gonna stay with reef crystals. also from what im reading IO is adding a preservative, so i dont know if thats any good.

i dont have many years under my belt but from what i see my corals are doing great.my tank will soon be a year old and it looks great.but i have been thinking about rc

sorry dean, im a stupid newb :smash:. i ve been trying:type: i just want to get rid of it its a waste its not being used. so i jumped the gun. my bad :banghead:
