need filters for ro/di unit

bought a used unit from craiglist i need ti know where to buy the filters and also what type of filters,it also has the extra canister for, di.4 canisters in total,paid 80 bucks,good deal?

OK - so you have a 4 stage system with, in order of water flow:
sediment filter
carbon block
RO membrane
DI resin.

You have standard 10-inch (nominal) prefilters, and Buckeye filters will fit your system just fine. Ditto for the DI resin housing, assuming it looks essentially idential to the prefilter stages (hopefully you didn't get one of those ebay-special horizontal DI stages).

Assuming you have pretty good water and do not have problems with pressure or sediment load, you could go with

1 micron poly depth sediment filter
Chlorine Guzzler carbon block
Fimtec membrane (are you sure you need a new membrane?)
Refillable DI resin cartridge

not sure if i need the membrane,i will order the others and hopefully rhe membrane i have is still good. thanks for the help
