Hi All,
I set up a SPS/Clam only tank about 4 months ago. 36 Gal, Ca 400,PH 8.2, 11 DkH, 0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrite, < 5 Nitrate,SG 1.023. I have a Pink Acro that is doing well, but my blue Acro was pretty much white with a very light blue coloring when I received it, but is slowly getting dark green/brown in color. Also have a Tridacna Derasa and 2 Croceas that are doing excellent. Tank is lit with a MH HQI 250W at 7". Lights are on 12 hours per day. Blue Acro has been in tank 1 month. Temperature is 78°F. Any suggestions or tips on the blue Acro ? I feed Bio Plankton and Coral Plankton daily, and have good flow from 3 aqua 600 Powerheads, a Whisper 40 Power filter and a small protein skimmer that does not produce much skimmate. Thanks...

Sometimes acro's change colors. Their color is depended on the light they receive and the quality of the water. Not saying that anything is wrong with your lights or water quality. Your acro will probably be fine.

Lighter and brighter colored acro's tend to need the most light to retain their colors.
