I have to say buying a couple and increasing circulation, along with a timed power strip, really made a big difference. BUT NOW I have a problem with these power heads getting just CHOCKED full of white crap and spewing it all over the place if you dare touch the damn thing. Is this right?? Do you really have to religiously, like every 3-4 weeks or even less, take these things out, take them apart, and bleach them.??? Is there an easier method for circulation, diff. tools, etc.?

No that isn't right.
How are you maintaining your calcium?

I've been adding PurpleUP for quite awhile (2-3x week) and my calcium is still under 400 ppm. Plus we've been adding calcium as a trace element along with Iodine too.

This "white" crap is not... what they call precipitation is it??? I remember reading about that but it didn't describe what that is. I was thinking the water would stay cloudy. Is this calcium building up inside the power head??

I think it is a possibility.
