Cheap is the right word.
There products are substandard and there customer service is horrible.
I made the mistake of ordering my Halide/VHO combo from them.
First I just got the hood and ballast no lights, no stands either. Took a week to get the lights and stands. Then got the wrong Halides, 175 instead of 250. Took another 2 weeks to get the lights. When i asked why it took them so long they couldnt even track the bulbs so they shipped out 2 more. When I was ready to power the Halides on, The capicitor was busted in the ballast box. So they sent me a ignitor to replace it. Ended up buying my own capacitor. When I did power the halides on they kept shutting off because the ballasts were going into thermal overload, so I had to hack the box up with a dremel, And install my own fan. Oh, eventually I got all 4 halides but they were so bad they all blew in 4 months. Replaced them with XM's and they have been fine ever since. Took a month overall to get it right.
When I rated them bad on EBAY they sent me a thing to retract it, when I refused they gave me a negative score! Even though I did nothing wrong. They had so many bad comments they eventually just made them private and changed there company name.
