I got 2 cleaner shrimps from Trevor and I already had one in the pass. Since they all have been introduced together I feel they are fighting. I think this because i seen Trevors shrimps loose "antenna's" one of the shrimp lost 3 and the other one lost 2. Its my shrimp thats doing this cause when the lights go off they are chasing each others around in the tank. My question now is will the antennas grow back after the shrimps regenerate their "skeleton"? Anyone experience cleaner shrimps fighting? I personally think it will fade away the fighting.

They must have "mad shrimp" desiese, as I said I have never seen two of that species fight with each other. I have had many of them, and have routinely introduced new ones to the group.

A few questions:

How did you acclimate them to your tank? (Shrimp are VERY sensative)
What fish do you have with them? (Some fish snack on cleaner shrimp, if the fish is too small for the shrimp to fit in its mouth it may just nip at them)
What are your water parameters? Some chemistry issues can cause the shrimp to prematurely "shed" their exoskeleton or lose legs, antenna, etc.

Alfred. Thanks for your help but my concern wasn't now with the fish eating my shrimps. My concern was with the shrimps fighting with each others. I already had one inside the tank and once i introduced the other two thats when the fighting happened. But now its all better. Just waiting for the exoskeleton to shet so they have new "parts".
