Hi, I am planning to get this little cute guy.. are they Reef Compatible.. will they destroy my Hammer, Frogspawn, Candy Cane and some Zoos

Yes they are....... I keep a few Cleaner shrimps also. They are a riot. Last night one was hiding under an outcropping and when my percula clown got close he jetted out from under the rocks and hopped on the clowns back and rode it like a horse. Needless to say the clown bucked it off in short order :)) No rodeo shrimp in my tank LOL

Crabs and nudibranchs can sometimes hassle corals and snails but most shrimp are safe. There is one shrimp called the Pistol Shrimp that is best left out of reef tanks

Coral banded shrimp are reef compatible - with caution. They tend to be the most ornery of the common shrimps found in the hobby. They should not be housed with other shrimp, unless in a large tank. They will occasionally pick on inverts or slow or sleeping fish. But then again sometimes you get the perfect specimen. So, depending on what else you have in the tank i would be cautious.
