Not sure if this guy is a good guy or a bad guy.. is he safe for a reef tank? anemones or seahorses?

He has been offered to us and we are not sure if we chould get him or not.. we are planning on two tanks.. one with anemones and one with seahorses..

They are calling him a red serpent star.. he looks kinda green in that container though... so a positive ID would also be appreciated...

The picture is kind of dark but it appears to be a species of Ophiolepsis a harmless detrivore and scavenger.

ive had good success with the serpent star, only see him at night though...the brittle star on the other hand i would shy away from...i swear he was a killer and took out my watchmen gobe
