Get a QT tank.

Set it up. Water some PVC for the fish to hide, powerhead or filter (HOB is fine) Small heater.

You may not need to treat the fish it could be stress but if you do you will have the QT set up.

Feed garlic extract with the fish food see if that helps out. If nothing helps you are going to need to net the fish and put them in QT and tread them.

Garlic will boost their immune system, I have had it come and go before and I have had it to the point where fish have died from it. Do a search here and see what MR has on Ich, I guarantee you 2 things, 1 there are alot of threads on it and 2 Marrone gives great advice about it.

If you turn up the temp on the heater you will stress out the fish a little more, lower the disolved oxygen level in the tank causing the fish to be stressed out more and you will help the ich "eggs" to hatch quicker. Also if you have a reef tank you will cause your corals a little extra stress as well. Raising your temp should be don in a QT very slowly and carefully and should be monitored very closely.

All treatments like hypo salinity, copper, etc should be done in a QT tank. Never ever treat your display tank.

Can someone tell me how to set up a qt tank?

starting with should I take water from my tank?

power heads?

filter?

lighting?

How much to feed them while they are in the qt tank?

What type of medication to use in the qt tank?

How long to have them in there?

How big should the qt tank be for 2 clown fish?

I have a mandarin goby, diamond goby, and 4 chromis along with the 2 ich infested clown fish should they all come out of my display tnak?

After the fish get better and put them back in my display tank , the qt tank has to stay running or do I take it down and put it together when fish are sick again?

Copper is the best proven method of killing ick. Many companies sell piss water that claims to be reef safe. They dont work. Copper is the way to go.
now to answer your questions
Can someone tell me how to set up a qt tank?
10 gallon is fine

starting with should I take water from my tank?
Newly mixed water is best

power heads?
sure but not necessary

filter?
sponge filter is fine or any other filter you have kicking around

lighting?
Not needed but anything will work if you would like

How much to feed them while they are in the qt tank?
Feed as normal

What type of medication to use in the qt tank?
Copper!

How long to have them in there?
minimum of 2- 4 weeks as per the instructions on the copper

How big should the qt tank be for 2 clown fish?
10 gallon is fine

I have a mandarin goby, diamond goby, and 4 chromis along with the 2 ich infested clown fish should they all come out of my display tnak?
Ideally yes

After the fish get better and put them back in my display tank , the qt tank has to stay running or do I take it down and put it together when fish are sick again?
Yes reintroduce them and take down the QT tank till your next PURCHASE. You should QT all new additions for 2-4 weeks to make sure they dont have ick before adding them to the display. I dont practice what i preach and am currently battling ick. Im losing a good chunk of my livestock........

Since you are treating clowns and may be also other fish that you have, including a mandarine, I would suggest hypo salinity treatment. The links above have the extact procedures. Both works great if applied properly but consider the type of fish you have, avoid copper. As a reminder NEVER use copper in an "established tank" or with a filter that comes from your running tank. Copper wil kill the bacteria in the filter as well and your QTing fish will die of ammonia. Many treatment procedures forget to warn about this common error that people make.

If you have an UV laying around or need to purchase a simple filter, consider the ones that have an UV built-in. UV does not kill ALL ich but it does lower the swimming phase ones, so there are less of the ich to reinfect your QTing fish.

Oh. Hello there in Florida.

All good advice!! I'll add a little, use half water from your existing tank, and half fresh water this way you won't stress them even further with uncycled water.
And I would keep them in QT 4 - 8 weeks.
